All of our products are shipped free in the US.
Our products are manufactured for us in New Mexico, and shipped from that location or from our business office in Ohio. Most orders are shipped the same business day or the next business day.

We guarantee our products 100%. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased you may return it to us for a full refund within 60 days of shipment. To obtain a return goods authorization please phone us
toll free at 888-723-3115. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm ET. Orders refused or returned without prior autorization are subject to a 50% handling fee.
